Your buccal swab sample will be used to examine your genetic material and for SNP analysis. During the laboratory testing process a unique identifier will be used for your buccal swab sample.

Your personal identity will not be known to the laboratory.

The raw test data will be used in part to help provide information associated with fitness, health and nutrition only.

The testing is completely voluntary.

Data collected will be held by Fitgenes Australia Pty Ltd and will be known by those participating in providing your personalised CarbChoice Genetic Profile Report.

Fitgenes will not reveal your identity or data to a third party without your written consent.

If consent is provided, the data will be included anonymously (or de-identified) as part of research into "Nutrigenomics and Personalised Intervention Based in Genetic Profiling".
